     By the advanced technologies and equipment, a cement plant with upgrading capacity of 4,900MT clinker/day compared with initial capacity of 4,000MT clinker/day and annual cement capacity of 2,300,000MT was built at Trang Kenh, Minh Duc, Thuy Nguyen, Hai Phong where holds the best material sources in Vietnam.

     A Grinding Plant in HiepPhuoc has been built in 2003 with annual cement capacity 500,000MT and the second production line has been invested in 2006 in Trang Kenh, Minh Duc, Thuy Nguyen, Hai Phong. The total capacity is 9,200 MT clinker/day, reach 3,900,000 MT cement/year. Total investment capacity of the 1^st phase is USD 263,705,066 and USD 200,000,000 for the 2^nd phase.
