Position: Sales Representative - Branch of Chinfon Cement Corporation

in Hai Phong, Ha Noi, Da Nang - Quang Nam

Our branch's offices are relocated at:

• Hai Phong area: 288 Bach Dang street, Bach Dang ward, Hai Phong;
• Ha Noi area: 30th floor, Handico building, Pham Hung, Yen Hoa, Ha Noi;
• Da Nang- Quang Nam area: No. 62 Tran Duc Thao street, Hoa Cuong, Da Nang;

Job description

• Plan, propose solutions and implement sales, develop systems, and markets for products assigned to manage, including but not limited to the following tasks:

- Develop and implement business plans according to revenue targets, monitor and report plan implementation results; periodically report on sales and sales activities;

- Search for new customers, develop customer relationships, take care of customers, support in resolving issues related to products and markets;

- Participate in negotiations and sign contracts with customers.

• Coordinate with other departments in ordering, payment, shipping, implementing promotional programs, etc.;
• Other tasks related to the job position as required by superior management.

Requirement

• Male, age < 35;
• Graduated from College or University, major in Business, Marketing…;
• Have data collection, synthesis, analysis and reporting skill; Have good communication and persuasion skill;
• Candidates have working experience in sales, product consumption and system development will get priority;
• Patient, honest, dynamic, high responsible; have ability to work independently; can work under high pressure.

Other information

• Probation period: 02 months;
• Working time: average 8 hrs./day; 40 hrs./week;
• Salary: upon negotiation, depending on ability and working experience and annual salary adjust as market;
• Bonuses and other benefits: Monthly production and sales bonus; Objective bonus; Year-end bonus; Bonus on special occasions (Government’s Festival days, employee’s birthday, Corporation establishment day…); Accident Insurance and Health Insurance; Shuttle bus from Hai Phong center to the Company; Other benefits depending on business results.
