Vibrant and widespread cultural, artistic and sports movements throughout the Company contributing to a healthy and vibrant competition atmosphere, contributing to increase labor productivity, working efficiency and more importantly, they are fundamental factors contributing to improving the cultural and spiritual life of employees throughout the Company.

Regarding the work of public art, every two years, the Company's Trade Union organizes the Chinfon Cement's Cultural Festival with mass art performances praising the homeland, the Party, and Uncle Ho among the trade union groups. According to the evaluation of the Jury of the Festival (directed by the Hai Phong Labor Federation): "The show has many elaborately staged, professional and highly propaganda acts that need to be disseminated and replicated.. .”

Regarding sport activities, in order to implement the principle of diverse and widespread sport movements throughout the Company, over the years, the Trade Union of Chinfon Cement Corporation has carried out a series of works to improve and supplement conditions, equipment for sport activities of the employees. In addition to the repair and maintenance of sport equipment available at the Company such as repairing of the gymnasium, sports hall, maintenance of fitness equipment, table tennis court, billiard room. With the support of the Leader Board of the Company, the Company's Trade Union also built a new sports complex with 02 football fields, 02 volleyball courts, and 03 ping pong tables. It is expected that in the near future, the Company's Leader Board will consider to build a swimming pool for the Company's employees.
