Branch of Chinfon Cement Corporation – Hiep phuoc Grinding Plant strengthen environmental management

Hiep phuoc grinding plant locates in A7 lot, Hiep phuoc industrial Park, Nha be district, Ho Chi Minh City. The plant was built under the permit 490/GPĐC7 granted by   Ministry of Planning and Investment.

The plant has been designed with two production lines on 80,293m². In year 2006 the first line was put into operation with capacity of 800,000 TPY. We supply into market three kind of product under Blossom brand: OPC, PCB40 bulk, PCB40 bagged. All these product have been producing with strictly quality control and well maintained equipment. They meet requirement of concrete batching plant, prefabricated building component as well as civil construction.

We are very aware of the important of environment protection so we have carried out many environmental protection projects and put into using as following:

1. Collecting raining water on the surface of the plant and connects to water drainage system of Hiep phuoc industrial park.
2. Waste water system: all waste water is collected and returned to waste water system of Hiep phuoc industrial park for treatment.
3. CEMS (Continuous emissions monitoring system) had been installed and put into using since April 2019. The real time data has been sending to Monitoring center of Department of Natural Resource and Environment
4. Hopper system at receiving jetty with special design to reduce dust emission to outside. Hopper system at jetty is a very important equipment of the plant. Almost all materials are received through here. Our Engineers has improved hopper system supplied by Taiwan cement to enhance dust collection by bag filter.
5. Plant and maintain green area with grass and tree over 30,000 m², accounts for over 30% of total plant area. Many visitors and customers have a lot of compliments about environment here.
6. Waste and rubbish collection: rubbish and waste materials have been collected and stored in specified area under roof. These waste materials are handed over to authorized subcontractor for treatment as regulation.

Together with the development of the Country as well as construction material industry, our Company is applying for the second line investment licence. Our Branch of Chinfon Cement Corporation - Hiep phuoc grinding plant will try our best to well operate the plant and take care to environment.
